children's program was designed to develop
strong bodies, a healthy outlook on life,
respect for adults and a successful attitude.
Classes are arranged by ability and age -
special attention is given to every child!!!

Head instructor Tom LoVarco is
a 6th Degree Black Belt and the Vice President of the
Worldwide Kenpo Karate
Association. Here is what a physical education teacher (Tom
Fiorentine) from Grace Day school had to say after Mr. LoVarco had
visited and gave a class. "What impressed me most about Tom LoVarco
was his ability to work with children. He is soft spoken while at
the same time he demands the attention of his students. It was
interesting to see how our more talkative students were most
attentive during the lesson and how our less coordinated students
were able to move through the exercises with confidence and ease, a
